(New) Database Upgrade 

Routine database upgrade for internal services. Estimated downtime will be less than 5 minutes.

Will there be downtime associated with this maintenance?

Yes, the downtime will impact features and services in the lender and borrower applications for mortgage, auto, credit card, personal loan, and program loan applications. 

If there will be downtime, will any failed tasks be retried after maintenance is done?

While the estimated downtime is short, some tasks may fail their retries within the maintenance window and need to be retried manually afterwards. 

What services or products are affected? 

Import/export of disclosures/documents and tagging documents will be unavailable for mortgage applications.

Applications for auto, credit card, personal loan and program loan will be impacted.

What are the affected periods for beta?

10/14, Tuesday, 12AM-2AM PT. Total maintenance will be less than 5 minutes.

What are affected periods for prod environments?

10/16, Thursday, 12AM-2AM PT. Total maintenance will be less than 5 minutes.

Beta MongoDB 7.0 Upgrade

We will be upgrading our Beta MongoDB instances from version 6.0 to 7.0. This is to keep-up-to-date with the latest versions of MongoDB. The maintenance is expected to take the full two hours of the listed affected periods below. We will only be upgrading a few instances at a time during each maintenance window to ensure a safer rollout.

What services or products are affected?

The lender app might experience some latency with requests during the maintenance. We expect observable error rate increase and processing delay increase to be minimal and negligible during the maintenance.
